Did I say I LOVE oatmeal!! I think it is one of the things I missed the most when I was doing the low carb diet the past year. I don't plan on going back on that diet every again!! I enjoy this delicious treat too much. This morning it was Vanilla Oatmeal with dates! YUMMY!
I have strength train today and I plan on going to the library again this morning to pick up some more book to check out. Can you guess what kind of books I am going to be getting? :) What can I say I have a love for food and cooking there is no sense denying it since it is something I truly love. I will embrace it and make it work for me!
They say there is a chance of rain today but currently the sun is shining I am going to enjoy it while it lasts. But I plan on doing cardio in the gym today after weight training. I am currently working on not going crazy with the exercise. I am an all or nothing kind of person but I want to do this in a controlled way. Life is a journey and I am grateful for the opportunity to learn what is best of me along the way.

The weight is really good today and I am really close to being at my goal, current weight at home 148. Being this close sends a little nervousness threw me. When I reach my goal then what? My focus lately has not been so much on the weight but on other goals I have set for myself. The current one well actually there is two and they are to get through fourteen days with out having any binges or uncontrolled eating (I will finish this goal on Sunday) and the other goal was to eat no meat for 30 days. Today it will be three weeks so I have one week to go. It has been quite exciting focus on these things over the actual weight. Maybe it is something you might want to give a try.
