Woke up to a windy, cloudy cool day. So glad that I forced myself to take my seven mile walk yesterday. I have strength training this morning with the group. This is my second time back in the group so I am a little nervous but I will focus on not how weak I am compared to others but on how grateful I am just to be back.
This morning was a great breakfast, Florentine-Scramble Breakfast Sandwich. It was so tall that I had a hard time getting my mouth around this one. It was good and what a great way to get some veggies in for breakfast. It was veggie breakfast patty, one egg scrambled with a cup of spinach and pepper topped on a Ezekiel English muffin. This is a great one and so quick and easy.
Other than lifting don't have much else planned since it is a gloomy day maybe I will work on menus for next week and maybe do a little baking for the boys, they love having dessert.
Gotta run to get ready for lifting! Have a great day and focus on being aware of what y0u are eating today. Are you really eating because you are hungry? How do you know that you are hungry? Do you know that craving to go away if you let them? Just some things to think about today. I have been really working hard on these things this week.
