I was surprised how long the oatmeal kept me full. I did 30 minutes of Cardio with Renee and burned 294 calories. Visited with some of the girl and headed home to have a great healthy lunch.
I decided to have a Boca burger served on a Arnold Select Sandwich Thins Multi Grain bun. I saw someone blogging about them and gave them a try. Quite good and great if you want have a nice sandwich or in this case a burger. One bun is 100 calories, 1g fat, 5g fiber, 4g protein and 22g carbs. I love being able to have a burger on a bun again. I decided to top the burger with some shredded cabbage that I mixed 1 TB of plain low fat yogurt and some Dijon mustard. This gave a nice crunch to the burger and very few calories. I topped my lunch off with a delicious green apple. I nice satisfying lunch.
Not sure what the rest of the day looks like. I was pleasantly surprised when I got home from the gym that my husband had done the dusting. How sweet ! I don't have to do that today. I was hoping to get the floors mopped but I may just push that off until tomorrow.
