I had limited myself so much last year & cut out pasta, sweet potatoes, brown rice & other good carbs because I got freaked out by them. It also set me up for a fall. Kim's got all that good stuff re-incorporated back into my diet & my body is loving it & I'm losing fat. Yea! What a great mix!
